Glenn Seehausen, President/CEOGlenn Seehausen
President/Chief Executive Officer


Glenn Seehausen founded ACAD-Plus, Inc. in 1986. Under his direction, ACAD-Plus developed CAFM software solutions and performed implementations for customers totaling more than 400 million square feet. Glenn has designed and implemented EDM solutions in the facilities environment with a specific focus on large multi-bulilding sites. His customers use this solution to manage millions of CAD drawings, scanned images, and related documents.

Mr. Seehausen is a nationally recognized leader in the fields of computer-aided drafting (CAD), computer-aided facilities management (CAFM), and Engineering Document Management (EDM). He has used AutoCAD since version 2.0 in 1984, and has placed in the top five in a national competition on AutoCAD expertise sponsored by CADENCE magazine. He has trained over one thousand people on the use of AutoCAD. Mr. Seehausen has developed CAD based software solutions and managed CAFM and EDM implementations for customers world-wide.

Seehausen studied Mechanical Engineering at Texas A&M University.





James Hale, Vice PresidentJames Hale
Vice President

James Hale has more than 20 years of executive and financial management experience in both publicly traded and venture-backed private companies. Hale has an extensive background in computer technologies, including business to business commerce and various aspects of enterprise business computing.   As Vice President for ACAD-Plus, Hale is responsible for the overall operational and customer relationship management of the company.

A proven innovative technical leader with the unique ability to manage extremely complex cross functional projects. Mr. Hale has managed and implemented many enterprise technology systems during his career.

Hale studied Music Education, Music Theory, Business Management, and Management Information Systems at The University of Texas at Arlington and The University of Houston.

  


Alex Brown, Technical Services ManagerAlex Brown
Technical Services Manager


Alex Brown is the Technical Services Manager with over 10 years of experience in the architectural and facilities industries. Mr. Brown has produced numerous documents for residential and commercial architecture including several major metropolitan airports, private sector offices and universities. He is also well versed in the facilities industry and has in depth working knowledge with IFMA, BOMA, FICM and University standard practices. Mr. Brown's expertise includes the creation and implementation of time saving production systems for efficient and consistent drawing practices in facilities management drawing files. Mr. Brown also manages the training department for ACAD-Plus.

Brown studied Mechanical Engineering and Architecture at The University of Houston.

 

Don HodgesDon Hodges
Senior Programmer/Analyst


Don Hodges joined ACAD-Plus, Inc in 2005. Mr. Hodges has extensive experience in all aspects of technology. He has nearly 20 years experience developing and implementing database systems for a variety of industries. He has worked in a variety of roles including design, analysis, programming, and support for JP Morgran Chase, TeleCheck International , Allfirst, and M&T Bank. Mr. Hodges has also specialized in Help Desk Management. In 1999, he successfully built and managed a team of technology professionals for a Financial Services company.

Hodges has a degree from Thompson Institute with an emphasis on data management.


 

Steve HollerSteve Holler
Senior Programmer/Analyst


Steve Holler is the primary software developer at ACAD-Plus, Inc., with nearly 30 years of experience in the computer industry. Mr. Holler spent the first 14 years of his career with IBM, and has managed a wide variety of software implementation projects, ranging from total systems installations to simple special-purpose applications. Over the course of his career, he has developed software applications using a dozen programming languages. He has 13 years of experience in CAD-based development, and 10 years of experience in the development, implementation, and support of EDM solutions.

With excellent communications skills, Holler has also developed software documentation, ranging in scope from Technical Specifications to User Guides. His skills in this arena allow him to quickly translate business needs into highly stable and functional applications.

Holler has Bachelor’s degrees in Economics, Psychology, Managerial Studies, and French from Rice University.
