The ACAD-Plus IntelliModules enhance BlueCielo Meridian Enterprise to match our customers document management requirements. These modules allow ACAD-Plus to rapidly implement BlueCielo Meridian with robust wizards and workflow features. The base module, IntelliWizards, allows our customers to quickly introduce documents into the vault using their business rules . The IntelliModules provide rapid integration with existing databases in the organization.

IntelliWizards
New Document Wizards
Used when documents are added to the vault. Populates all document properties quickly and applies business requirements consistently.  Automatically calculates the path and file name according to standards.

New Work Area Wizards
Used when work areas are created.  Calculates work area names consistently according to business requirements. 

Search Wizard
The Search Wizard simplifies finding documents and creating collections by utilizing the same wizard interface as the New Document Wizards.  This wizard leverages the same lookup and external data to perform searches.

Derive/Promote Wizard
This wizard allows single or batch derivations and promotions.  It copies the file and populates or defaults properties allowing new documents to be quickly created from existing documents.  The option to create a reference between the documents is provided.  Documents can be derived or promoted into either the Main Area or Work Areas.  Work Areas can be automatically created while promoting a document.

Metadata Quality Assurance Wizard
This wizard flags documents when any changes are made to the metadata and tracks reviewing the data for quality assurance.

IntelliEmail
This module automatically generated email notifications when documents are released or when workflow events occur that require someone's action.

• Release Notification Emails
  A group (or multiple groups) of people that will be notified can be assigned to each document whenever the document is released (new documents or modified documents).  The email is generated upon releasing the document from a Work Area (when Work Areas are used) or upon submitting a working copy (when documents are created or modified directly in the Main Area). Each person within the group(s) listed on the document will automatically be sent an email with notification that a new version of the document is available.
  
  
• Workflow Notification Emails
  Each Work Area transition within each Work Area Template can be configured to generate an email.  Each transition can perform a query to an external database for a list people to optionally send the email.  For example, a transition to send a work area for Checker Review can offer a list of Checkers.  The user can select the appropriate Checker from the list.  The subject of the email is fully configurable and automatically generated for consistency.  The body of the email is configurable using HTML templates and can include a list of all documents, with any properties, in a chart within the email.  A note can be provided by the user; if provided, it will be included in the body of the email.
  

IntelliSync
IntelliSync is a utility used to faciliate updates to properties in a BlueCielo Meridian vault due to changes within an associated project or support database.

IntelliReplicate
IntelliReplicate is a utility for replicating table data from an existing remote database into a local database.  This is sometimes desriable if queries to the existing remote database are too slow.

IntelliExport
IntelliExport is a utility for exporting all metadata from BlueCielo Meridian into an external database.  This is sometimes desirable for reporting purposes or when other systems need to utilitze document metadata in a read only manner.

IntelliWIP
IntelliWIP is a utility for showing and reporting all Work-In-Progress documents.
